Luxury Car Launch


B Audio Visual were delighted to win the bid to work alongside renowned caterer Stones Events to supply all audio visual aspects for their clients unveiling of the world’s first super sport utility vehicle at Bruntingthorpe Aerodrome in Leicestershire.


With over 30,000 sq ft, Hanger 42 at Bruntingthorpe Aerodrome is a serious amount of space to dress, over 175m of black drape was hung from the 8m high ceiling to create separate welcome areas, drinks reception area and the main car launch area.

As guests arrived they were greeted with an array of luxurious sportscars leading into the drinks reception area where orange LED pixel tubes were hung above Stones own octagonal mirrored bar to echo the international car unveiling. Two huge 82” led screens displayed the car companies promotional videos to give the guests a glimpse of what was waiting for them beyond the black draped entranceway.

A short walk through the entranceway and greeting the VIP guests was a 5mx3m High Definition LED Video Wall along with 12 moving head lights, 10 led pixel tubes and 4 spot lights which were flown from the ceiling to take advantage of the space below. 240m of black exhibition carpet had been fitted giving guests space to move freely around the vehicles, led poseur tables and curved white seating areas. Dramatic unveiling music was pumped out through our QSC speakers and our experienced technicians were on hand to create a nightclub feel with lighting effects, haze and the car companies logos projected around the room.

After a short introduction and promotion video detailing the statistics and car information, the reveal cloth was removed to loud claps and cheering from the crowd, flash bulbs were popping and camera phones were out in abundance to record the moment, it was truly an amazing night for the car industry.

  • B-Audio Visual have been supplying audio visual equipment to Leicester Tigers for over 25 years. I have personally been involved for the last 17 years on the events side of the business and have always had a good working relationship with their team.
